Times Of Shaking

Dear Friend,

We live in an unstable world, and in times of shaking, it can be very easy to give in to worry and fear.

This shaking can manifest in different forms, be it an economic crisis or a challenge at home. When these things happen, many people may say that the shaking is God's punishment for our sins.

But this shaking is not what you think it is. My friend,God no longer punishes you for your sins because Jesus has already taken all your condemnation and punishment at the cross. Today, God is ever loving and gracious toward you. Because of Jesus, He is no longer angry with you!

So why does God allow our world to shake?

Hebrews 12:27 says that God allows these shakings to happen for "the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain". God is shaking away things that are man-made so that only what is of Him and His kingdom will remain.

As a child of God, you belong to His kingdom, even though you physically reside in the world. God's kingdom and the world operate by very different principles. The world is finite and temporal, but anything of God is eternal and everlasting.

In the context of finances, man's economy operates on the principle of shortage. Supply and demand fluctuate, and very often demand can outstrip supply. However, with God, His supply is always more than your demand!

Philippians 4:19 says that "God shall supply all your need". It doesn't say that He will only supply some of your needs, but ALL your needs. The verse continues to say that God will supply "according to" His riches, not out of His riches. This means that God makes available to you all His riches!

It gets better. The verse says that God supplies all your needs according to "His riches in glory". It is not according to the economic situation or the well-being of your company, but according to God's riches in glory!

So when times of economic shaking come, remain rooted in God and His eternal Word. He will continue to bless you and provide for you no matter how much the world shakes, because His promises are UNSHAKABLE!

Let me tell you again how grateful we are for all you do to further the message of grace through this ministry, as we share with people who are so desperate to understand that God loves them unconditionally. Your faithful support is what keeps our broadcast and ministry going, and we are so blessed to be in relationship with you.

Forever grateful to Jesus,

Stay Blessed
Joane
